TURNOVER AND DISTRIBUTION OF 65” SMART TV TO BILLETING SCHOOLS

1. The Supply and Property Unit (SPU) together with the CID - Learning Resources
Management Section (LRMS) and the ICT section will distribute the 65” Smart TV to all
billeting schools on November 20, 2023 (Monday) at the Pavillion of DepEd Echotech
Center at 1:00 in the afternoon.

2. All billeting school’s property custodians are also invited to come with service vehicle/s that
could accommodate their allotted 65” Smart TV. See the attached distribution list for details.

3. Hauling charges and other transportation expenses that may be incurred during the
distribution of TV are chargeable against School MOOE.

4. For any inquiries, you may contact the Supply and Proper unit.

5. For wide dissemination and compliance.
