1. Passport (All Pages Scanned)

You current Passport on which you will travel

2. Travel History

(Old Passport with only first, last and stamp pages)

3. Digital Photo

Picture Specifications will be shared in group

4. CNIC (Identity Card)

5. Police Certificate

Police certificate should be applied one week before visa filing.

6. FRC (Family Registration Certificate)

7. MRC (Marriage Registration Certificate)

8. Covid Vaccination Certificate

9. Employment/ Business Details

Job Letters, Salary slips, NOC if applicable, Certificates, Bank statement showing salary credits (3 to 6
months

For business: Registration, NTN, Membership Certificates, Tax Returns (last 2 to 3 years), Bank
statement (last 3 to 4 month, one week before applying)

10. Assets/Property Documents and valuation

Asset/ Property ownership document and Market value valuation IN CAD and PKR (should be in English)

Proof of Funds (Bank Statements) (Personal last 3 to 6 months)

11. Visa Forms (Imm 5257b, 5257e and Family Forms)

A visa required information document will be shared. Please fill it completely and accurately. It will be
used to fill the above mentioned forms.

12. SOP (Statement of Purpose)

Sop required information form will be shared
