Duties and Responsibilities

1. Mag received ng orders ng bawat unit.


Time: 5:00 – 6:00 PM
2. Mamili ng mga orders ng bawat unit.
6:00 – 8:00 PM or 4:00 – 5:00 AM
3. Mag distribute ng mga pinamiling orders ng bawat Unit.
6:00 – 7:00 AM
Sa pag didistribute, pupuntahan nalang kayo ng bawat patrol leader sa
inyong station.

4. Magdistribute ng food and snacks sa bawat unit camp and facilitators


ng event. (Papirmahan ang receiving copy sa manual na ito)

Snacks : 8:00 A.M. – 9:00 A.M
Lunch : 11:00 A.M – 12:00 NN
Snacks PM : 2:00 P.M – 3:00 PM
Dinner : 6:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M.

Ang mga facilitator ay hindi na pupunta ng kitchen area para kumuha ng


food, ang Business manager ang magdidistribute ng pagkain upang
maiwasan ang umalis sa area of responsibility.

5. Magdistribute ng mga material ng bawat unit camp bago ang session.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Mag manage ng kitchen area.
2. Bantayan ang mga batang nagluluto at magpanatili ng kalinisan ng
lutuan.
3. Taga pirma ng Patrol Manual sa Kitchen Cleanliness bago umalis ang
mga batang nagluto.

4. Tulungan ang Business Manager na mag received at mag distribute ng


mga orders ng mga Patrol.

5.Manatili lamang sa designated area upang bantayan ang mga kitchen
utensils ng mga campers.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Itala ang mga kaganapan ng bawat unit camp.
2. Itala ang time started at time ended ng bawat session/activities ng
bawat unit. Tanungin ang mga Unit Leader Every end ng session.
(Accomplish the Sub Camp Program)
3. Itala ang mga liliban sa camping site.
4. Facilitate the materials needed for the camp. Make sure that the
Business Manager get the materials ahead of time.
5. Manage the attendance of the participants in each day/session. Get the
number of attendees every session. Para malaman kung may nawawala.
6. Alamin ang mga problema sa bawat facilitator

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Imanage ang mga event venue, siguraduhing ito ay available bago ang
oras na itinakdang paggamit ng bawat unit camp.
2. Mag-ikot sa buong camp area at icheck ang kalinisan ng camp area,
kitchen area, Assigned CR at Program-in-charge area.
3. Itala ang mga nakitang problema at ipadala sa Group Chat upang
makita ito ng naka-aasign na facilitator.
4. Maaaring magbigay ng award sa mga unit camp na malinis at maayos
ang lugar.
