Communication channels are the tools that are used to communicate with others. These tools
are such as phone cell, emails, messages and face to face conversations, mainly these tools
used in order to inform the customers about the latest news of the company, or if its product
market about their discounts or new arrived product. There are 4 types of communication
channels,namely: written, oral, visual and digital.
In today’s rapidly changing world digital media took the place of traditional
communication.Therefore, nowadays digital and written communication channels such as mass
media,email and social networks are most reached by the users.
The least reach channels are face to face communication and direct calls.

goals and objectives. Likewise the person can manage his time and also not waste the time of
