OF BARANGAY CAGLANIPAO SUR, CALBAYOG CITY HELD AT THE BARANGAY
HALL ON NOVEMBER 27, 2023 AT 8:00 A.M.

A. Call to Order:
 The meeting was called to order by the Presiding Officer at exactly 8:00 A.M.
 Prayer: Hon. Diolita T. Rollo
 Pambansang Awit: Ms. Rubelyn A. Ablazo

B. Roll Call:
 The Barangay Secretary made a roll call and the quorum was declared by the
Presiding Officer. 11 Present, 0 Absent.

C. Reading of the Minutes of the Previous Session:

 The Barangay Secretary was then requested to read the Minutes of the
Previous Session held on November 14 were reviewed and for discussion
and continuation of Previous 4th agenda without objection.

D. Continuation of Agenda 4 of November 14: Penalties for Non-Attendance

 Discussion resumed regarding the proposed penalties for members who do
not attend regular sessions.
 500 Pesos penalties, on motion of Hon. Eva L. Prudenciado, duly seconded
by Hon. Randy Nabor.
Received Unanimous Approval.
 E. 1st Agenda for today: Appointing Barangay Chief Tanod
 Whereas, the appointee Mr. SOGIE GALLARDO to be the Barangay
Chief Tanod of this Barangay; NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon.
Randy R. Nabor, duly seconded by Hon. Julius C. Lingling.
Received Unanimous Vote.

F. 2nd Agenda: Selection of Barangay Tanod Officials for Every Kagawad

 Discussion and nomination process, Each Kagawad was invited to
nominate suitable individuals for the role of Barangay Tanod Officials.
 Deliberation and selection
 Voting or Consensus
 Whereas, the appointment or selection of Barangay Tanod Officials for
each Kagawad. NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Eva L.
Prudenciado, duly seconded by Hon. Diolita T. Rollo.

 Announcement and Confirmation

G. 3rd Agenda: Appointing of Lupon Tagapamayapa

 Whereas, reading the list of names of appointed Lupong Tagapamayapa
was moved to approved by Hon. Genalyn M. Gallo, duly seconded by
Hon. Rigen L. Derman.

H. 4th Agenda: Discussion of Hospital sa Barangay (ONE LIFE PROGRAM)

 Discuss the Date which is on January 26, 2024. This is a Free Medical
Mission for Barangay for sick/ill people.
 Hon. Randy R. Nabor move to approve the agenda for Health Program,
duly seconded by Hon. Genalyn M. Gallo.


I. 5 Agenda: Other Matters
 Other Matter (1): Rescheduling of Regular Session
 Hon. Eva L. Prudenciado suggested to reschedule the Regular
Session from First and Last Monday to First and 3 rd Monday of the
Month.
Received Unanimous Approval.
 Other Matter (2): Dog Waste and Dog-Owners Pesponsibilty Ordinance
(For further discussion)
 Other Matter (3): Clean and Green Drive
 Other Matter (4): Discussion of NTA and 2024 BUDGET (Treasurer’s
Report)
 Other Matter (5): Schedule of Victory Ball

There being no topic to be taken up, the meeting was adjourned at 12:00 noon. On
motion of Hon. Julius C. Lingling, duly seconded by Hon. Diolita T. Rollo.
