EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
I will carry out this assignment, which focuses on the individual business, in accordance with
the guidelines provided by the lecturer on this topic. This report includes the information
about the product and my overall selling efforts. I choose to run this business by hybrid
also poster of the marketing channels has been using by me to advertise the goods. This
report also includes the challenges I had while running this business.
I had imagined to start the business of selling the flower bouquet and surprise delivery. My
company named “The Floristlabb”, is what I use for all of my business’s social media
accounts. People from all over the world will be able to find out about my business using
social media. I currently using Instagram, WhatsApp and TikTok to promote my business. If
customer want to make order, they can direct message with me. So, I hope my business will

expand my business. Additionally, my friends, family and fellow customer make up my target

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The product that I was choose for this project is flower bouquet and also surprise delivery
that named “The Floristlabb” that was located at 21, Jalan Usahawan 4, Pusat Perniagaan
Dato Kailan,13200 Kepala Batas Pulau Pinang. I choose this product for my project because
I like to rearrange the flower and do some flower decoration.
Our flower shop is an efficient high quality low priced online florist servicing. We have
excellent Customer Care representatives and staff who are honest and helpful. We believe it
is due to our business ethics as we put customers first and are happy to be in the business
of making people happy.
We also sell variety of flower such as roses, gerbera daisies, lilies and others. Make an
impression with fresh, colourful flowers. Extensive assortment of lush, beautiful plants and
flowers to meet your gift. Flower is beautifully arranged by a professional floral designer.
Suitable for every occasion: Birthday, wedding, anniversary, congratulation, get well wishes,
farewell.
The next strategy is digital marketing. With today’s modernity and speed of technology, the
way products are marketed is also changing. With the internet, my product can be marketed
all over the world with just one tick. This is the best opportunity to market my products on all
social media platform. With millions of users on the social site, it will increase the sales of my
products. Most of the products are sold through WhatsApp social media when I promote
them on my WhatsApp status.

My main sources of finance to start this business is my own saving and also a little support
from my family especially my parents. They have trusted me to start this business. Among
the necessary requirements is the purchase of flower bouquet such as the fresh flower,
chocolate and so on. Not only that, my parent and family also helped me a lot and provided
me the shelter and transportation for me to running my business and do the surprise delivery
to my customer and send the flower bouquet that want to posted.

EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING
I have experienced far too many ups and downs running this business, and it is been a
roller coaster. I am selling a flower bouquet for the first time therefore I can tell that is
challenging to persuade customer to buy the goods and to find my target market. As simple
as I believed, it is not easy. Even as a student, I occasionally find myself busy and limited for
finance. I even used to feel like I should quit doing advertising and different entrepreneurial
activities. However, the fact that I have a lot of opportunities ahead of me keeps me inspired
to keep working more and investing more in business.
The hardest part of running this business is when I get a lot of orders simultaneously and
customers request a different design so I need to be extra careful and spend a time making
a flower bouquet. Secondly, the hardest part to handle when supply of flowers from the
supplier is cut off because of high demand of flower bouquet. Honestly, I feel speechless
when I can overcome the challenges in my business. But after all item has been sold, I’m so
happy because all work hard paid of by a profit gains.
As a bonus, I discovered how to make my business stable even when I find it difficult to
manage my education with my personal life. I can now clearly see that I am actually much
better at organizing my time so that I can study, operate a business and live my best life. As I
want to be a businesswoman, I will eventually get over my fear and launch a venture that
more difficult and will net me a higher profit. Of course, doing that requires me to take on
more risk in order to reap greater rewards.
Last but not least, despite the fact that I am starting my first business selling flower bouquet
and surprise delivery, I’m really glad and delighted because I have excellent feedback from
my clients and am trustworthy seller. Customer satisfaction is a top priority for me. I can
subsequently apply all the fresh information I learned from this project in the working
environment. I am very appreciative of this project because it allowed me to practise running
a business.
