Multiple blocks
◦ AutoCAD 3D allows the creation of multiple blocks or solids
◦ Through the combination usage of simple blocks, either through 3D creation or 2D->3D creation
◦ Some requires the adjustment of UCS plane, since AutoCAD only allow some function on the XY plane

◦ Go to corner of Front, Left and Top
◦ Click 3D Tools -> PRESSPULL -> Select Lower Rectangle -> Specify height of 5mm and press ENTER
◦ Click 3D Tools -> PRESSPULL -> Select the face of upper rectangle -> Specify height of 8 mm and press ENTER
◦ Change custom view to Shaded with edges (at the upper-left corner)

◦ Click UNION -> click solid lower and upper rectangle solid
◦ Press ENTER
◦ Click 3D Tools -> Solid Editing -> Fillet Edge
◦ Press r and ENTER
◦ Type in 5 and press ENTER
◦ Select the vertical front edges facing you
◦ Press ENTER
◦ Press ENTER

◦ Press d and press ENTER
◦ Specify the distance 1 and 2 to 1.5 and press ENTER
◦ Select the front edges

◦ Click 3D Tools -> Solid Editing -> Shell
◦ Select full object
◦ Go to the corner of bottom, back and left view
◦ Click at the bottom and back surface and press ENTER

◦ Select the object and press ENTER

◦ Fillet the line with radius of 2
◦ Join the lines

◦ Click 3D Tools -> PRESSPULL
◦ Draw circle and line, and use PRESSPULL, and use Fillet Edge with radius 18

◦ Draw the R26 and R22.5 circles
◦ Draw one number of R2.5 and R6 circles on top of the R22.5 line
◦ Trim the R2.5 and R6 circles according to diagram
◦ Use Home -> Modify ->Polar Array function, select the R2.5 and R6
circles, press ENTER
◦ Select Base Point, and select the center of the R26 circle
◦ Click items, and set to 4 numbers, and press ENTER
◦ Trim the lines according to the diagram
◦ Explode the R2.5 and R6 circles and fillet the line with the radius of 7
(hint: use multiple)

◦ Presspull all the objects to the height of 3
◦ Draw the R17 circle and Presspull to the height of 5.5
◦ Draw the R14 circle and Presspull to the height of 3.5
◦ Draw the R11 circle and Presspull downward
