What would happen if


you stopped drinking
water?
H2o covers 60% to 80% of our body, living
things require water to live humans, animals,
and plants consume water consistently
everyday. Human bodies have a lot of water,
including eyes, bones and urine. Not drinking
water could injure you harshly.

You could have serious


injuries and bad symptoms
for not drinking water, and
by being dehydrated.

There are some sings to see if you


have dehydration like dry mouth,
that is when you know you have to
drink water.

There are many symptoms when


you drink water such as:
1. Your urine/pee can turn darker with a stronger smell,
so your body can conserve fluids
2. You can feel light headed and actually your brain might
shrink.
3. There might also be slower brain function

The blood stops flowing and then the


organs stop. Eventually the heart and
brain. This happens after 2-3 days of not
drinking water. It is really important to
drink water.
