Our team consists of members from various European countries

engaged in different projects related to political activism, culture

and food provision for the underprivileged.

The Hungarian branch of our team participated in several social

activities that involved preparing and distributing meals for
people who struggled to afford food. We collaborated with a local
community called Food not Bombs Budapest, which also had two
of our members as part of their movement. The aim of this
initiative was to provide weekly
meals for people in need without
relying on any state support or
external funding, but solely on the
voluntary efforts and contributions
of the participants. The operation
involved several groups and
coordinators who helped the
volunteers to collect vegetables
from markets for free, sort them out

and allocate some for the local social institutions, and cook
vegan or vegetarian dishes
for up to 100 people. The
food was always delicious
despite being made from
leftovers and donated grains
and pasta.
We took part in every aspect
of the operation and learned
a lot from the experience.

Before we moved, we participated in a community space project

in a gentrified area of Budapest called Auróra. We worked on
various cultural and political initiatives, such as a Documentum
film club focused on human rights issues. The club was a
partnership with Kinedok, an Eastern European documentary film
foundation. The films covered a wide range of topics, from
holocaust survivors to Japanese lolita culture. We also organized
a music event to support social causes around the country and
the world.

Marton has a long and diverse experience in the hospitality

industry, which includes various businesses that provide services
to customers, such as lodging, food and drink, travel and tourism,
and recreation. He started working in hospitality at a very young
age and learned how commercial kitchens operate. He also
worked in several bars, both as a staff member and as a
manager. He has a passion for delivering excellent customer
service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Marton also worked as a project manager for the Hungarian Two-

tailed Dog Party (MKKP), a satirical political party that aims to
expose the corruption and absurdity of the Hungarian political
elite. One of our projects was a public campaign against Chinese
economic oppression, which involved organizing protests,
distributing flyers, and
creating humorous
posters and stickers.
We managed to
mobilize the society
and always achieved to
get a referendum on
our topic. Our
campaign was
successful in raising awareness and generating media attention
for the issue of Chinese influence in Hungary.

Dewi’s background is in Informatics. He holds a Master's degree

in the subject from the University of Edinburgh and is currently
designing and implementing cryptographic protocols for
businesses to be able to prove sustainability claims for their
products, and share data with recyclers, without compromising
the confidentiality of their supply chains. He is passionate about
peanut milk and processes.
