    Personal Reflections

    It would have been preferred if the surveys were taking in person, that way responses would have been
    more accurate and by taking it seriously we would not have had to face the issue of filling the survey
    multiple times. Also considering the age constraints, it would have been easier if we could have expanded
    the survey population to universities of Lahore instead of focusing more on our own university.
    A further suggestion would be that while taking in person sessions the survey be divided into chunks with
    intervals in between to reduce the chances of questions not being taken seriously. Furthermore, it would
    be recommended to keep checks throughout the survey to keep an eye on the performance and make sure
    that false information is not being portrayed. Giving priority to an applicant would lead to more accurate
    answers and this could be done by holding in person sessions. However, time constraints had to be kept in
    consideration while pursuing this research.
