Personal Development – Reflection

12 - Generosity (Day)

Recognizing the importance of understanding and expressing my feelings, I've

learned that emotions exert a significant influence on both my internal state and external

interactions. I understand the physiological changes triggered by my nervous system

and hormones during emotional experiences. Stress, while not an emotion itself,

profoundly affects my emotional well-being, impacting my memory and overall health.

To combat stress, I remind myself of my resilience, trust in my capabilities, and engage

in activities like writing, providing a cathartic release and temporary escape from my

problems.

As a young individual, I am determined to avoid succumbing to stress and its

detrimental effects. I prioritize my mental and physical health, seeking solace in sharing

my concerns and relying on the support of my parents and those around me. By

acknowledging my emotions, managing stress effectively, and embracing the guidance

of my support system, I am actively paving the way for a healthier, more balanced

future, free from the overwhelming burden of stress.
