I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention some
serious issues regarding the services provided by Built Trust, specifically related
to waterproofing, electrical wiring, and paintwork, which have caused significant
damage to my property.

1. Defective Waterproofing:

Despite the assurance of a 5-year guarantee on the waterproofing service

provided by your company, severe leakage issues have arisen within just one
week of the rains. The waterproofing has failed to effectively protect my property,
resulting in substantial damage and inconvenience. This breach of the guarantee
is unacceptable, and I expect immediate rectification of the waterproofing issues.

2. Damage to Electrical Wiring:

During the course of the construction work carried out by Built Trust, the
contractor utilized heavy-duty drilling, polishing, and welding machines meant
for industrial usage. Unfortunately, these machines were not suitable for a typical
residential electrical wiring system, causing severe damage. The excessive voltage
and load have compromised the integrity and functionality of my home's
electrical wiring. This negligence on the part of Built Trust has put my property at
risk of electrical hazards and requires prompt attention and remedial action.

3. Paintwork Damage:The inadequate waterproofing measures undertaken by

Built Trust have resulted in water seepage, leading to extensive damage to the
expensive paintwork carried out on my property. The paint has been severely
affected and requires complete redoing. I hold Built Trust responsible for this
damage and insist on the rectification of the paintwork as soon as possible.

In light of the aforementioned issues, I hereby demand the following actions to be

taken within 15 days from the receipt of this notice:

1. Immediate rectification of the defective waterproofing, ensuring its

effectiveness and compliance with the promised 5-year guarantee.

2. Thorough inspection and repair of the electrical wiring, ensuring that it is

restored to its original condition, in compliance with applicable safety standards.

3. Complete redoing of the damaged paintwork, employing skilled professionals

to restore it to its original state.

Failure to comply with the demands mentioned above within the stipulated
timeframe will leave me with no choice but to seek legal remedies available to me,
including filing a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities and initiating
legal proceedings to recover the costs incurred for repairs, damages, and any
additional losses caused by Built Trust's negligence.

Please consider this letter as my earnest attempt to resolve these matters

amicably. I trust that you will take immediate action to rectify the issues
mentioned and prevent any further inconvenience and damage.

A copy of this Notice has been preserved in my office for record and future course of
