Dear Parents/ Guardians,

Compliments of the season to all our esteemed parents.

Once again we want to appreciate you for your continued support and cooperation towards
accomplishing our set goals for the term.

As the term rolls into the middle of our calendar, we wish to draw your attention to the
following:

1. MID-TERM BREAK:
Our Mid -term break comes up on Wednesday 27th through Friday 29th October, 2021.
School resumes from the break on Monday 1st November, 2021.

2. CONTINUOUS ASSESSMENT TEST:

Due to the distortion of the term’s academic activities by the Cultural Day program and the
Eid- Malud holiday, there will be a spill over of the first C.A test that will be completed on
return from Mid-term break.

3. MID –TERM REPORT: The interim progress report of the half term for the learners
will be ready as soon as the C.A Tests are completed.

4. OPEN DAY: The term’s Open Day comes up on Thursday 18th and Friday 19th of
November, 2021.

5. SCIENCE LABORATORY:
The school Science Laboratory is ready for use by God’s grace. As soon as we return from
the Mid-term break we shall commence a trial use of the Lab for Primary 6 pupils and JSS 1
students.
6. LAB COAT
This is one of the requirements for Practical lessons. Hence, the parents of the primary 6
and JSS 1 pupils are enjoined to procure a set of lab suit/coat for their wards.

OTHER PENDING PROGRAMS FOR THE TERM

a. Cooking Week ( 8th, 9th and 10th December, 2021)
b. End of the Year Concert(Tuesday, 14th Dec, 2021)
c. Class Party (Thursday 16th Dec. 2021)
