    My Claim -
    I claim that the Hawaii seamounts are formed by hotspots on the ocean seafloor where convergent tectonic plates
    are rising when they meet, thereby forming volanoes.

    My Evidence -

    My Reasoning -
    If two convergent tectonic plates, both ocean, meet, then they could buckle upwards, releasing some of the lava,
    which makes it a volcano. The reason for the multiple seamounts is Seafloor Spreading in the Atlantic ocean, which
    causes the Pacific Ocean seafloor to be subducted beneath the continental plates, and the other plates are getting
    pushed together, forming more volcanoes as they go.
