● be in class on time and ready to work at the beginning of each class period.

● attend class activities and work with their peers collaboratively.

● give complete attention to class activities and not disturb others in the class.

● use academic language for all their written production.

● use English in the classroom.

● watch their words and actions and have good manners in class.

● give positive feedback to each other, support and encourage their peers and classmates.

● check the Institutional Automation System (LMS) weekly for any course announcements.

● not cheat in the exams. Students identified while cheating during an exam will get ‘‘0’’ and
disciplinary action will be taken.
● submit their weekly journals and assignments within the given time. There will be no delay for
any of the journals and assignments.
● keep a record of their attendance.

● sign the Attendance Sheet for only their name. Those who sign on behalf of absentees will be
identified and appropriate procedures will be applied.
