Sweet Potato Fries

(A) Preheat Oven- SS

(B) Bake for 10 Mins +10

(C) Remove from oven and toss

(D) Bake additional 10 mins+10

(E) Remove to cooling rack for 3 mins +3

(F) Line 1 baking sheet and set aside- FS

(G) Cut 2 sweet potatoes into 1⁄4 inch wide matchsticks- FS

(H) Cut rosemary sprigs

(I) Arrange Potato sticks on sheet

(J) Add cornstarch to a bowl

(K) Add rosemary to bowl

(L) Add salt and pepper to bowl

(M) Add paprika to bowl

(N)Combine mixture- FS

(O) Add sweet pot to bowl and toss

(P) Add vegan dressing/spread and toss- FS

(Q) Add Garlic cloves

(R) Add salt and pepper to taste

(S) Add vegan dressing to dipping bowls- FF

(T) Plate and serve- FF
