Dear Ma’am Emelinda,

I, Aviona Vargas along with my fellow film making group from the Humanities and Social Science
Strand, section Grade 12 Magdiwang. We sincerely request that we may able to use the
Computer Lab in the Garcia Building on November 29 – October 1 on these specific times for
filming in our Creative Writing Subject. Attached here is the schedule.

Wednesday Thursday Friday

9:30 – 10:30 AM 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM 11:30 – 1:00 PM
11:30 – 1:00 PM 3:00 – 4:00 PM 4:00 – 5:00 PM
2:00 – 3:00 PM

In accordance of our Creative Writing Subject, the Computer Lab resembles the set up of a
corporate office which is the main setting of our film. We understand that many other people
will be using the computer lab but we deeply request to have the lab open during these times
as we are only available to film during our vacant hours and lunch time in order to meet the
deadline of our film. We will make sure to maintain the cleanliness of the Computer Lab and
refrain from damaging any school properties while only using the Lab strictly for filming. Hoping
for your kind consideration.
