About the position:

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented curios


individuals from Indian School of Business (ISB) to join our
Account Management Team at KPIT as Interns/FTE. At KPIT,
you’ll work on the vision to change the future of mobility. In this
role, you will assist the account management team in devising
strategy to drive sales and build relationships with key clients.
You would also have the opportunity to connect with senior
executives at the company and to conduct market research to
identify potential opportunities.

Position type: Internship & Final Placement


Class level: 1st year MBA (for Internship) or Final Year MBA (for
Final Placement)
Title : Account Management Intern / Account Manager
Function: Account Management
Compensation Range: INR 30 to 33 LPA
Stipend per month: INR 1,50,000
Duration for internship: 2 weeks
Location: India/Japan/Germany

Location for the internship would be India.

Impact you will create:

You will play a pivotal role in development and assessment of


account strategies along with the account management team.
Our account team helps our clients (mostly OEMs and strategic
Tier1s) in transforming their business from being an
Automotive/Commercial Vehicle company to Mobility company
through Software Consulting and Integration primarily in
Connected, Autonomous, Shared and Electric (CASE) domains.
This team is also responsible for developing new strategies to
meet top-line & bottom-line of the business.

Key attributes of an Account Manager:

1. Should have excellent leadership abilities along with good


communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Having an alignment and commitment to helping clients by
using a win-win problem solving approach.
3. Technical knowledge in one or more CASE domains would be
an advantage.
4. Have strong business acumen and ability to make quick,
effective decisions for navigating challenges.
5. Must be a team player and should be able to manage
multiple tasks with ease.

Key responsibilities:

1. Utilize your business education and skills to contribute to


strategic planning and decision-making within the account
management team.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential
opportunities and devise strategy based on the outcome.
3. Assist accounts team with the preparation of client
proposals and presentations.
4. Contribute to the development of account management
strategies and plans.
5. Align and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to help
expand offerings.
6. Work on competitive intelligence and devise a strategy to
counter competition.
7. Provide feedback to improve KPIT’s offerings based on
clients’ needs/ market challenges, technological trends etc.
