    With this, you are expected to do the following duties and responsibilities especially
    in times when the needs call for it.

    1. Download DepEd Orders and Memorandum /Division Memorandum;


    2. Attend meetings/conferences;
    3. Prepares school memo for every Activity;
    4. Make Action Plan/Activity design for every activity;
    5. Submit reports for the activity done;
    6. Consolidate English Activity Completion Reports;
    7. Do other related task.

    This designation takes effect immediately and shall remain enforced until revoked/ or
    rescinded by this office.
