VEGAN DIET

----------

Morning Breverage - 7 AM - Black coffee

Breakfast 10 AM - Sprouts + Nuts boiled for 45mins

-Nuts - 6 each of (Walnut, Almond, Pista) soaked overnight


-Sprouts (24 hrs soak, 24 hrs tied in wet cloth, 24 hours tied in dry cloth)
-Sprouts list (Pesalu, Senagalu, Bobbarlu, Palli, Minumulu, Mentulu, Godhumalu, Ulavalu,
Rajma, Soyabean)
-[wet cloth & dry cloth shouldn't be exposed to air or sunlight
- Add Salt, Mirchi powder & 1 Lemon for taste

Noon Tea time 12 PM - Green Tea with 1 spoon apple cider vinegar

Lunch 2 PM - (Ragi+Jonna+Sajja) mix Rava cooked - with - Any daal & Subzee & 1 laddu made
of flax seeds, Sesame seeds & Jaggery

Evening Tea time 4 PM - Black Tea with 1 spoon apple cider vinegar

Evening Snack 6 PM - Seeds (Watermelon, Muskmelon, Pumpkin, Sunflower) (Also 1 spoon of


Chia seeds which are to be soaked in the morning)

Dinner 8 PM - Apple, Pomegranate, Orange (Banana also if you are exercising)
