Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Plant Manager to oversee our production facility in the textiles
industry. As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire manufacturing
process while maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency. A plant manager is
responsible for the entire operations of a manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be
exceptionally detail oriented and able to lead the team, serving as liaison between the plant
workers and upper management. This person must be dedicated to achieving operational
excellence and have mutual interest for the benefit of the organization.
Responsibilities:

As a plant manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our
manufacturing plant. You'll lead a team and ensure that production targets are met efficiently and
effectively and implement manufacturing strategies and procedures to maximize efficiency and
productivity.

 Oversee the daily operations of the plant, including production scheduling, inventory
management, and quality control.
 Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement
corrective actions.
 Manage a team of production supervisors and ensure they are provided with proper
training and guidance.
 Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure the availability of raw materials
and supplies for production.
 Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement appropriate risk management
practices.
 Manage budgets and operational costs to achieve financial targets for the plant.

Skills and Qualification Requirement:

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this
role.

 Bachelor's degree in engineering, textile technology, or a related field.

 Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar manufacturing leadership role.
 Strong knowledge of production management principles and techniques in the textiles
industry.
 Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
 Proficient in using manufacturing software and systems. Ability to analyse data and
make informed decisions to improve production efficiency.
 Familiarity with quality control standards and techniques.
Scope Range:
To ensure that the plant runs efficiently, meets production targets, and maintains quality
standards. It is also important manage the plant's budget, coordinate with different departments,
and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. It's a challenging and
important role.
