Milk cake

Ingredients
Cake bread

• 2 ½ cups flour
• 7 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
Milk

• 3 cups cow milk


• ¾ cup condensed milk
• ¾ cup evaporated milk
• ½ cup cream
• 2 tsp liqueur
Decoration and filling

• 3 cups whipping cream


• 1 cup peaches
• 1 cup strawberries
Method
Cake bread
• Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat until
smooth and very foamy.
• Add the sugar and continue beating then add the
yolks
• Mix the flour with the egg mixture along with the
baking powder.
• Preheat the oven to 190 °C.
• Pour the batter onto a cake pan lined with
parchment paper.
• Bake for 25-30 minutes.
• Remove from the oven and let cool in the cake pan
for 5 to 10 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to
finish cooling.
