COASTAL CONDITIONS APPLICABLE Bricklayer Electrical
- All external cavity walls to be 2c Cavity brickwork (230mm) unless otherwise noted - Electrician to supply and install approved hard wired smoke alarms and all electrical systems must be in accordance with AS 3786 and Part E4 of the most current
Builder - All brickwork including any brick veneer must be built in accordance with AS3700-Masonry code and part B1 of the current NCC/BCA requirements and standards NCCS/B.C.A requirements
- Builder to check and confirm all dimensions on site prior to the commencement of construction and or the fabrication of items noted in these plan - If any brick builds ups are required around the building, bricklayer to refer to the current structural engineers drawings/details - Electrician to supply and install mechanical ventilation to required wet areas in accordance with AS 1668.2 and of the most current NCCS/B.C.A requirements
- These drawings are to be read in conjunction with the structural engineer’s drawings, energy efficiency reports and all other relevant external consultants’ - Tiled/Metal deck roof to be anchored with 25mm x .8mm galvanised steel straps built into brickwork at 1200cts or as per engineer’s recommendations. Height to be at a - All vents to be ducted and flued to outside air

Any discrepancies must be reported for determination - Hoop iron straps to be at floor level to either side of windows greater than 1810mm wide Glazing and Balustrading

- All works on site must be in accordance with the most current standards and NCCS/B.C.A requirements - All brick piers 350 x 350 (or greater) to be mortar filled with 10mm rod cogged from top of footing to top of pier. Refer to engineers details - Balustrading and handrails to be constructed in accordance with Part D2.16 of the most current volume 1 NCCS/B.C.A requirements
- All attached piers to be a minimum length of 290mm and spacing of a maximum of 1650mm cts as per the most current NCCS/B.C.A requirements - All brickwork to be maxi-brick or verticore with longreach to first and final courses.
