Prohibition of pets, cooking, laundry, hanging of laundry, smoking, drunkenness, satellites and devices
exposed from public view
Visiting/visitor policies (2 nights maximum stay of guest & charge of P100 water share)
personal belongings in the hallway (umbrella, shoes, cabinets, etc)
borrowing of money by contractors of building (non-liability of management)
Penalties and impositions

III. Rental Procedures


Processing of move in / move out permits and gate pass / Payment Schedule & Payment Confirmation
Advising agent in case client will go on leave or vacation to shut off utilities

IV. Cleaning Guidelines


Proper garbage disposal
Air-conditioner cleaning
Unit cleaning, Window Screen Cleaning

V. Safety and Security


Always keep Doors closed specially the Lobby Gate and Main Gate of the Compound. Fire Extinguisher
Location & Fire Exit Area in case of Emergency
