SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN BUDGET MESSAGE

Barangay Catarman

Ladies and Gentlemen;

This is to respectfully submit the proposed Annual Budget of Sangguniang Kabataan of

Barangay Catarman for Fiscal Year 2023

The beginning balance-surplus of the SK Catarman Account and the 10% estimated
share from the Barangay fund amounts to SIX HUNDRED FIFTY-EIGHT THOUSAND
ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO AND TWENTY-SEVEN CENTAVOS (P658,152.27) and
we have prepared a proposed Expenditure Program for the same amount.

The proposed Annual Budget has been prepared in coordination with the Sangguniang
Kabataan Council.

We have programmed the following amounts for the two programs:

General Administration Program------------------------------------P 295,567.40

Youth Development and Empowerment Program--------------P 362,584.87
TOTAL-----------------------------------------------------------------------------P 658,152.27

Attached to the proposal Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2023 is the Annual Barangay
Youth Investment Plan (ABYIP) 2023.

Accordingly, I respectfully request the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Bayan

to enact an Appropriation Ordinance authorizing the proposed Sangguniang Kabataan
Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2032.
