APPOINTED BARANGAY AND SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN
OFFICIALS IN THE BARANGAY INFORMATION SYSTEM –
BARANGAY OFFICIALS PROFILING SYSTEM (BIS-BOPS)
FOR THE 2023-2025 TERM OF OFFICE

Reference is made to the attached Memorandum dated November 17, 2023 issued by
Regional Director Engr. Ariel O. Iglesia, CESO III, regarding the guidelines in filling
out the revised Barangay Official’s Information Sheet (BOIS) forms relative to the
assumption to office of all newly elected and appointed Barangay and SK Officials.

In line with this, you are hereby directed to facilitate the dissemination of the said
memorandum to all LGUs and others concerned within your respective areas of
responsibility and monitor the compliance of your field officers on the deliverables
within the specified timelines.
