Second PTA cum First Quarter Issuance of Card Meeting
November 17, 2023
(Respective Room Assignments)
The Second Parent-Teacher Conference cum First Quarter Issuance of Card for Grade 10 was held around 9 o’clock in the
morning on November 17, 2023 9 o’clock. This was spearheaded by respective advisers of each section together with their trusted officers
and students. As usual, this was conducted on designated rooms of G10 except 10-Faith,10-Fortitude, 10-Generosity, and 10-Industrious
who did the said meeting at GFINHS Covered Court and Stage due to the on-going renovation of their classroom.
It formally started when a short prayer was uttered. It was followed by the checking of attendance where a total of ___ attendees
(Charity-35, Courage-27, Faith-27, Fortitude-29, Generosity-36, Industrious-30, Love-46, Loyalty-30, Obedience-30, Patience-12,
Prudence-16,Wisdom-25 comprising of parents and guardians. Then, the adviser took the stage and conferred the following agenda:

A. Student Development
 School Rules and Regulation
 Students’ Attendance
 Computation of Grades
 Pertinent Documents of Students (PSA, SF10, etc.)
 School Activities

B. School Activities (Conducted and Upcoming)

 Orientations of Students c/o Ma’am. Margarita Fababier
 Training of Athletes for Municipal Meet
 Investiture (Overnight Camp) December 1-2 @ GFINHS
 English Camp (December 7-8)
 Christmas Party (Dec.14, 2023)
 Educational Tour (January 14,2023)

C. Other matters
 Repair of Classrooms and facilities

As the discussion of the topics above ended, issuance of card commenced. Lastly, a short open forum was conducted to address
issues and concerns among parents/guardian.
When everything was settled, most meeting ended nearly 10:00-10:15 in the morning.
