I Under the instructions from and on behalf of my client Wasim Ahmed I have to address you as follows:

1)That you have executed one rent agreement dated: 07/08/2022 with my client According to which you
are obligated to pay the agreed upon rent of 10,000 rupees per month.

2)That Despite multiple reminders and attempts to communicate, I regret to inform you that as of
24/11/2023, the following rental payments remain outstanding:

Rent for August 2023: ₹10,000

Rent for September 2023: ₹10,000

Rent for October 2023: ₹10,000

This accumulated total of ₹30,000 is currently overdue.

3) That I behalf of my client requesting you to make immediate payment of the outstanding amount
within 30 days from the date of this notice to avoid further legal actions or consequences.

4) That Failure to comply may result in pursuing legal actions to collect the unpaid rent under Section
114 of the Transfer of Property Act, which may include proceedings under section Under Section 108 (o)
of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882.

5) That Please consider this notice as an earnest effort to resolve this matter amicably and promptly. I
urge you to address this issue and settle the outstanding balance to maintain the terms of our lease
agreement.
