Project Guidelines

Basic consideration while making of the project work:


* Learners will complete only ONE project in each academic session ∙ Project should be of
3,500-4,000 words (excluding diagrams & graphs) and hand-written ONLY.

* Use only Blue or Black ink. You may use different color ink for Headings. ∙ Use
only THICK WHITE A4 PAPER (ruled on one side and blank on the other) ∙ You
may use different color sheet as separators.

* It will be an independent, self-directed piece of study.


∙ Once the project is checked by the Teacher, it has to be spiral bind with
transparent cover on top & black at the bottom.
Scope of the project:
Learners may work upon the following lines as a suggested flow chart

Choose a title/topic

Collection of the research material/data

Organization of material/data

Present material/data

Analysing the material/data for conclusion

Draw the relevant conclusion


Mode of presentation/submission of the Project file

∙ Certificate Provided by school
∙ Acknowledgement
∙ Front page with topic name designed by the students
∙ Objective of study
Key words to write the project objective.
1. Probe deeper into theoretical concepts (understand / comprehend / grasp /
recognize / induce/ experience)
2. Analyze and evaluate real world economic scenarios using theoretical
constructs and arguments.
(Examine / investigate / probe/ assemble/ determine/ construct/ draw-out
3. Demonstrate the learning of economic theory.
(Explain/ display / illustrate / exhibit / manifest / reveal / authenticate / prove /
substantiate/ verify / validate)
4. Follow up aspects of economics in which learners have interest.
5. Develop the communication skills to argue logically
