My brother and I went to a football match yesterday. Our school team was playing against another High
School team. Our team wore red and white shirts, white shorts, and red stockings. The other team wore orange and
black shirts, orange shorts, and black stockings. “They look like bees“, my brother said, and we laughed.
They played like bees too. They ran very fast, attacked very hard, and passed the ball to each other very
fast. Soon they scored their first goal. My brother and I shouted and shouted, “Come on, Valley School! Come on,

Distillation, the process of separating the elements of a solution, is widely used in industry today. The two
most common methods are fractional distillation, used in the preparation of alcoholic beverages, and flash
distillation, used for the conversion of ocean water to fresh water.

In fractional distillation a mixture is separated into its various component parts by boiling. This method
makes use of the fact that different elements boil at varying temperature. For example, alcohol has a considerably
lower boiling temperature than water: the boiling water of water is 212 degrees Fahrenheit, and the boiling
temperature of alcohol is 172 degrees Fahrenheit. Thus, when a mixture of alcohol and water is heated, the alcohol
vaporizes more quickly than the water. The distillate is collected and the process is repeated until the desired purity
has been achieved.

Flash distillation does not require high temperatures but instead is based on pressure. In this process, a liquid
that is to be separated is forced from a compartment kept under high pressure into a compartment kept at a lower
pressure. When a liquid moves into the lower pressure chamber, it suddenly vaporizes, and the vapor is then
condensed into a distillate.

Government should not raise fuel price to solve the problem of economic issues. People were affected
severely with the high fuel price like last year. Obviously they cut their spending. As an example they had to buy
lower quality of rice or palm oil. There were also fewer buyers of secondary commodities like flour, or canned
meat or fish.

Furthermore, the condition of low income family will become even worse because their expenses will
increase while their salaries will not. Many companies will have to trim the number of employees because they are
incapable of managing buying or selling price, standard wages and personal affairs.

Archimedes was a Greek mathematician, philosopher and inventor who wrote important works on geometry,
arithmetic and mechanics. He was born in Syracuse on the eastern coast of Sicily and educated in Alexandria in
Egypt. He then returned to Syracuse, where he spent most of the rest of his life, devoting his time to research and
experimentation in many fields.

He is most famous for discovering the law of hydrostatics, sometimes known as 'Archimedes' principle', stating that
a body immersed in fluid loses weight equal to the weight of the amount of fluid it displaces. Archimedes was
supposed to have made this discovery when stepping into his bath, causing him to exclaim 'Eureka!'

During the Roman conquest of Sicily in 214 BC Archimedes worked for the state, and several of his mechanical
devices were employed in the defense of Syracuse. Among the war machines attributed to him are the catapult and
- perhaps legendary - a mirror system for focusing the sun's rays on the invaders' boats and igniting them. After
Syracuse was captured, Archimedes was killed by a Roman soldier.

It is said that he was so absorbed in his calculations that he told his killer not to disturb him.
