actual properties are physical objects or interfaces that show how properties are perceived while
percieved are imaginary or visual signs that indicate how an interface should be.

FOR EXAMPLE: When making a website affordance may be used to show important links that the user
has to click to get information or complete a certain task.

Affordance can be applied to improve the following:

(c) Visual signs- This makes it easy for users to interact with the interface due to its good visual
