Dear Sir/Madam,
Subject: Application for collection of my Passport with my Study Visa by Authorized
Person.

I, Anirudh Singh Rathore, s/o Narpat Singh Rathore, R/o, 1, Jain Colony Paota B road,
Jodhpur, Rajasthan holding passport No. X6337086, had applied for a short-term study visa
at the Embassy of Spain and had an appointment on 26th of July 2023 for the same. I was
asked to come back on the 25th of August 2023 and collect my Passport along with my Visa.

I tracked the status of my Visa application on the embassy’s official website and it showed
the status to be ‘Resuelto’. The website mentioned that ‘Resuelto’ status, means that the
passport is ready to be picked up. My flight to Madrid is on 26th August 2023 only, and to
avoid last moment hassle, it would be really helpful if I get to pick up my passport along with
my study visa before the date, provided it is ready to be picked up.

However, due to some urgent work I am not in position to come to Embassy myself and
collect my Passport with my study Visa. Therefore, I authorized Ms. Divya Mehta, D/o Shri
Abhay Mehta to collect my passport on the 16th August 2023, as he herself will be in at the
embassy to collect her passport. I have attached notarized letter in favour of Ms. Divya Mehta
regarding the same.
