Eating Healthy

1. Different roles of carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, fats, water and proteins.


These food groups provide energy to human beings.
Carbohydrates : They are main source of energy for humans.
Vitamins : They help us to keep our blood clean and manage hemoglobin.
Water : It keeps us properly hydrated. We should drink plenty of water daily.

2. Need for a healthy variety of foods from these six food groups.
Example of different food groups:
Carbohydrates : Breads, cereals, rice, pasta, noodles, and other grains
Vitamins and minerals : Fruits and vegetables
Fats : Nuts, Oil, Butter
Protein : Milk and milk products

3. How eating balanced food and being active helps you feel good.
With balanced food, people will be active and healthy. We can do all our work by our self and also play.

4. What happens when the body gets either too little OR too much of the five food groups? Symptoms of
Deficiency OR Over Consumption.
If we eat too much of fat, we become obssed. We will not be active.
If we eat too little, we do not get required nutiritions and we will not be fit.

5. Suggestions for enjoying a variety of foods, ways to be active and stay fit.
Milk and milk products, Nuts - we can take 2 to 3 servings
Fruits and vegetables - we can take 3 to 5 servings
Bread, cereals - we can take 6 to 11 servings

Recipe:
First melt the dark compound.
Then wait for a min.
Cut your fruits and place on a plate or mold.
Then spread the choclate on the fruits.
Then keep plate or mold in the frezeer for 2 Hours.
Then your choclate is ready to eat.
