Dear ma’am/ sir:

Good day!

Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No. 479, s. 1994, RMHS Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao Department and
Students Association for Values Education (SAVE) Club commemorate Filipino Values Month this November.
This celebration is a response to the continuous need to strengthen the moral fiber of the Filipino people and
ideals that are pro-God, pro-people, pro-country, and pro-nature. It is essential for moral awakening and national
consciousness on unique, genuine, and positive Filipino values.

As part of this month’s celebration, we are conducting various contests and activities to promote Filipino Values
within our school community. We believe that these initiatives play a significant role in promoting and instilling
these values in our students.

In line with this, I am writing this letter on behalf of the participants. We kindly request that [he/she] be excused
from their classes to participate in this educational event. We appreciate your understanding and support in
granting this request. Attached herewith are the names of the participants and the activities they will be joining
in.
