Pre-Interview
Gather Details Read about Swiggy and the role for which you are being interviewed,
understand the details of the JD, find out more about the team, and the problem statement that is
being addressed by hiring for this role. Spend time on the materials shared with you such as the

permits, take a look at all our social media handles and blogs.
Panel Information Know your interviewer by reading through the panel details. Check out
their details on LinkedIn. If you don't find the panel details, please ask the talent acquisition
member.
Duration Our interviews typically last between 45-60 minutes. So, pick a quiet and
private place to avoid distractions as much as possible.

During the Interview
Be On Time Join the interview call on time using the link that was shared through our
ATS/calendar invite (Google Hangout, Zoom, Skype etc.). Our ATS shall remind you 15 minutes prior
to the schedule.
Interview Etiquette We advise you to keep your video on throughout the conversation, be
presentable and, ensure you have a decent background image. Do listen carefully and wait for the
interviewer to complete the question, stay focused make eye contact as much as possible.
Make Notes We recommend informing your interviewer while capturing details or information
during the discussions for your reference.
Seek Clarity Determine details by asking relevant questions about the overall work expectations,
role and responsibilities. We want the process to be clear, collaborative and interactive.
