ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY

IMS Unison University, a constituent of the Unison Group, is a premier educational and research
University nestled amidst beautiful and serene surroundings offering an environment that fosters
learning and stimulates creativity. It was started in 1996 as a non-profit organization, IMS Dehradun, by a
group of visionaries dedicated to the cause of changing the face of professional education in Northern
India. It is established under Uttarakhand Act No.13 of 2013 and recognized by UGC under section 2(f) of
UGC Act, 1956. The University is also a member of the Association of Indian Universities.
Today, the University provides a platform for excellence in teaching, learning, and administration. An
Information Technology infrastructure is extensively used in all the academic and administrative
processes ensuring the development of well-trained graduate, post-graduate and doctoral students to
fulfill the manpower needs of the corporate world. The University has integrated several community
outreach programs related to its academic offerings, such as Legal Aid Awareness Camps, Blood
Donation Camps, generating environmental awareness and several other activities.
The University aims at value creation for stakeholders. In our quest for excellence, we strive to provide an
enabling and supportive culture for students and teachers in a competitive environment.
The University offers various under graduate and post graduate programs under the following five

ABOUT LAMHE
Lamhe is the annual inter-collegiate cultural extravaganza conducted by IMS Unison University. The
event has been conducted since 1996 and has reached greater heights due to the untiring efforts of the
organizing team and sponsoring hands. The two day fiesta attracts creative minds from universities and
colleges in Uttarakhand and other regions, flowing in to showcase their talents and have an enchanting
and fruitful time. It is one of the most attended fests in the region.
Through the years, we have expended the scope and magnificence of “Lamhe” to include a variety of
intellectual and cultural events. Various celebrities from different fields of film industry have been
performing at Lamhe every year. The fest has hosted various enthralling events, the most popular among
them being the Fashion Show, which have witnessed tantalizing and mind blowing performances.
We announce with great pride and pleasure our annual cultural fest, Lamhe-2023. It offers two days of
unadulterated thrills comprising music, dance, drama, art, quizzes, fashion, rock bands and humor.

REGISTRATION DETAILS
The registration fee is Rs. 500 per participant. After registration participant can participate in all the
events except War of Bands, Group Dance, Fashion Show.

No Registration Fees for IUU students.

The student registering for the special group events are entitled to participate in all other events.
The registration fee for special- group events is as under:

can be directed to the Registration Team mentioned in the brochure.
Ÿ A student is free to participate in any event after registering, with the exception of group dance,
fashion show, and war of the bands.
Ÿ Limited accommodation will be provided to outstation participants in the University hostel on a first
come first served basis. They can also have meals in the university cafeteria on a payment basis.
Ÿ It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure that the events in which they have registered do not
clash. No changes in the schedule of the events will be entertained under any circumstances.
