B. Based on your learning feedback diary, write a general reflection of what has happened in your
lessons and visit to health center in general. Use the following form to help you systematize and
concretize your thoughts.

Area Feedback
Content While observing them do their work, I learned to
(What have I learned?) be more patient because the Barangay Health
Center employees’ work is not to be taken lightly.
They have a lot on their list and need to know
who and what to put first.

Process I tried to ask as many questions as I can so that I

(How did I learn it?) can attain lessons, may it be in my professional
development or personal development.

Reasons The course I'm doing is directly relevant to their

(Why did I learn it?) profession, so I wanted to learn more about it.

Academic and Professional Development I gained insight from this experience how difficult
(How does this learning experience contribute to the medical field is, but it is also incredibly
my academic and professional development?) rewarding to witness a patient's final healing. I
learned a lot, particularly about working in a
professional manner.

Personal Development I was inspired to put in more effort in my studies

(What does this learning experience mean to by this learning experience, hoping to eventually
me?) succeed as a medical technology and give my
parents something back for all of their hard work
and make them proud.
