UNITECH for Building and Construction Materials is a “Solutions Provider” company,

specialized in the Design, Manufacturing and Trading of Building and Construction Materials
in the region.

Unitech is a member of the IKK Group of Companies. It has been present in the market since
1978 and has grown to become one of the leading companies in the supply of building and
construction materials.

The company is an ISO QMS 9001:2015 certified company and is a member of the US
Green Building Council.

Unitech has an extensive presence covering various cities through the GCC and MENA
countries: Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Manama, Kuwait, Amman, Beirut
and Cairo. The company is present in Europe via its design and engineering office in Stuttgart.
