Książ Castle which is located in Wałbrzych, is the 3rd biggest castle in Poland.

It was built in
the 13th century by Duke Bolko I. Though the ages, castle was owned by Polish, Czech,
Hungarian, and German. WWII left the castle in ruins, but over the years many rooms have
been renovated, and now the castle attracts loads of tourists every year. The castle is open
from Monday to Sunday. The baroque rooms are especially worth seeing because of their
unique furniture, wall and ceiling decorations and wonderful works of art. Except that, the
castle organises art exhibitions, conferences and wedding receptions. Also, near the main
building there is a hotel and a palm house with exotic plants and flowers. Książ Castle is a
well-thought-of place for sightseeing. Visits can be for organised or individual tours. Tickets
are available for both online. Castle is in very lovely place in Poland, rest of the region is also
pretty to visit and see.
