This checklist is to be completed for every activity and attached to each post check as an attachment.
Not uploaded to ISF or sharpoint but attached as a document.

I have reviewed the state of each cell on all
technologies and verified the current state of
each cell is the correct state per the pre checks.
(ie. Locked/barred/reserved or
unlocked/unbarred/unreserved). If any state is
different from the pre checks, I have an e-mail
from the market allowing me to leave the cell in
an incorrect state.

supervisions are set correctly.

nodes on my site are set to NORMAL under the Maintenance State Audit

I have checked the external alarm definitions
prior to the ASP/SP leaving site and confirmed hget alarmport state|slogan|normally|perceived
LOCP Audit
they are built and in the same state as found on
the pre checks. This information is found on the pre check attachment. Open the .xml file and search for "slogan".

Check the VSWR Settings tab if unsure how your ports should be set.

Baseline

Ask FE for GPS Cabling issue or check LKF for Feature availability and enable it to ensure GMSynch is in Enabled State

Matrix to be provided by the Market IM/IC to keep in market specific exceptions database or in the eAMS tickets
Technology lock Matrix- For ex. If the the
technology being worked on is only
U19/GSM/L19. L21/L6/L7 should not be locked.
