A. RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. ARA MELISA S.

CRUZ AS THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY
AGSAM, Municipality of Oras.

Whereas, Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan
Reform Act of 2015, RA 10742, The Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer shall be appointed by
the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson (SK Chairperson) with the concurrence of the
majority of all the SK Members (SK Members from the among the members of the KK).

Whereas, Ms. Cruz possesses all the qualifications for a Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer as
provided under the Section 10 of Republic Act 10742.

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby resolved to confirm the appointment of

Ms. Cruz of Barangay Agsam, Oras, Eastern Samar until the end of the term of appointing
authority unless sooner removed.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copy of this resolution be given to Ms. Cruz for her file,
copy furnish the DILG Municipal Local Government Operations Office and the Local Youth
Development Office Oras, Eastern for their information and record.

RAJAL NORTE SANTA ROSA NUEVA ECIJA

Whereas, Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan
Reform Act of 2015, RA 10742, The Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer shall be appointed by
the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson (SK Chairperson) with the concurrence of the
majority of all the SK Members (SK Members from the among the members of the KK).

Whereas, Mr. Dela Cruz possesses all the qualifications for a Sangguniang Kabataan
Treasurer as provided under the Section 10 of Republic Act 10742.

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and it is hereby resolved to confirm the appointment of

Mr. Dela Cruz of Barangay Rajal Norte Santa Rosa, Nueva Ecija until the end of the term of
appointing authority unless sooner removed.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copy of this resolution be given to Mr. Dela Cruz for her
file, copy furnish the DILG City/Municipal Government Operations Office and the Local
Youth Development Office Santa Rosa, Nueva Ecija for their information and record.
