The P+ and P- output terminals are located at the upper left and the upper right of the BU panel
respectively, representing the positive and negative terminals of the BU.
The "RESET" button is used for system activation, power on and reset.
Function Definition
When the BMS is in the sleep mode, after pressing the RESET button
Power
for 3s, the BMS is activated, and the LED indicator lights flash in turn,
on/wake up
then it shifts to the normal operation mode.
The unit has one CAN interfaces for up device like power or inverter.
The unit has two RS485 interfaces. The interfaces are independent physical serial ports. By setting
different dialing addresses of the BU, multiple BU can be cascaded.
The address adopts BCD code format, dial up is on and dial down is off. It uses 8 bits as address setting, dial
1 is the low bit and dial 8 is high bit.
Definition of parallel dial switch: for multi-computer communication when the battery pack is in parallel, the
dial switch is used to distinguish different pack addresses, and the hardware address can be set through the
dial switch on the board. (Support 8 groups of parallel machines, default 8 groups of parallel machines, 16
groups of parallel machines require special requirements).
Definition of dial switch bit1 to bit8: bit1 to bit4 is used to set the address, and bit5 to bit8 is used to set the
number of slaves.
Host settings: bit1 to bit4 are 0, the host address is fixed to 0, and bit5 to bit8 are set according to the
number of parallel slaves.
Slave setting: bit1 to bit4 are set according to the device sequence, and the slave address range is 1 to 15.
Bit5 to bit8 are fixed to 0.
Note: For parallel connected multiple BUs, if address settings are the same, the communication will not work.

After power on / sleep activation, the welcome interface will be displayed. Press the menu key to enter the
main menu page. As shown in the figure below:
b. Key description
1) MENU, ENTER, DOWN, ESC.
2) Each item starts with "》" or "--", where "》" indicates the current cursor position. Press down to move the
cursor position downward; An item ending with "he" indicates that there is something not displayed in the
item. Press enter to enter the corresponding page.
3) Press ESC to return to the previous directory; At any position, press the menu key to return to the main
menu page.
4) In the sleep state, press any key to activate the display screen.
c. Sleep / shutdown
In the normal operation state, the system will enter the sleep / shutdown state after 1 minute without key
operation. In the shutdown / sleep state, operate any key to activate the display screen.
After connecting the power line of the battery to other equipment, then turn the CB to "on" at
the battery .
When the grid is normal, the power system provides the power required by the load system and charges the
battery system at the same time. Under the power failure circumstance, the battery system provides power to
the load to ensure the uninterrupted normal operation of the load system. When the battery is discharged
and the mains are still not restored, the battery will automatically cut off the output to prevent any damage
due to over discharge.

7 Maintenance
7.1 Daily Maintenance
a. When charging the BU, trained personnel should take care of it. During the charging process, ensure that
the plug is in good contact with the socket, the charging equipment is working normally, and the
connection points of the BU are in good contact. If there is an abnormality, immediately cut off the
power and charge it only after repairing.
b. Before charging and discharging the BU, the battery voltage, temperature and differential pressure can
be read by BMS host computer to ensure that all values are in the normal range.
c. If there is a large amount of dust, metal chips or other debris on the upper cover and pole of the BU, use
compressed air to clean it. Do not use water or objects soaked in water for cleaning.
d. When charging and discharging the BU, it is forbidden to splash water or other conductive objects on
the BU cover and pole, such as exposing the BU to heavy rain.
e. According to the actual use state of the BU, the charging time and discharge time of the BU are
estimated. At the end of charging and discharging, the BMS upper computer is used to observe whether
there is any abnormality in the BU, such as the problem of high cell voltage difference.
