    Statement of the Problem

    This study seek to find out students suicidal risk behavior at CAPSU Dayao.
    Specifically, this study seek to answer the following question:

    1. What is the socio-demographic profile of the respondents?

    2. What is/are the suicidal risk behavior of the respondents?

    3. Is there a significant difference in suicidal risk behavior of the respondents by

    considering its age, gender, home location, and monthly family income?
