You speak wrong language, using confused body language or pronounce wrongly, differences of
culture, ..
There are some main factor that can cause mis understanding differing expectation between
two parties, the external factors such as noisy, bad weather, small space...confusing accent,
unclear body language or non-verbal, choice of words.

effectively, can enhance one's ability to communicate professionally.
They are adequate preparation, Using key words, Human interest(tell something ralate to
tourist), Follow basic rules(short, modest speed, clear content, tone of voice, confident.),
Giving example(easier to understand..)
These are some rules of principle fundamental principles of verbal communication which can
enhance people to communicate professionally:
- Use short and meaningful sentences
- Use the modest speed in speech, don’t talk too fast or too slow
- Use the quiet space in your talking
- Use clearly body langguage, verbal communication such as gesture, posture,..
- Tone of voice depend on the sittuation, loud enough to tourists can hear you
- To be confident in communicating
- Use clear content, make sure one is understanding all thing you are tâlking
about.
