The English Education Department in partnership with the Physical Education Department, would like to
conduct a 1-month Leisure Educational Activity for Teachers starting on April 12, 2021 to May 7, 2021.
The activity includes vocabulary building through recreational games such as Spelling Bee and
_________. This is intended for the faculty to maximize leisure time on a typical working day. This allow
our faculty to immerse into a legitimate slot of provisional support while aiming professional expansion
and growth. Rest assured that an hour leisure engagement for teachers will not hamper work tasks;
instead it will increase better performance.

In view thereof, we would like to ask permission and support from your good office to allow us to
conduct such activity. We are hoping for your kindest consideration.
