In order for a city, a state, or indeed, the country itself, to be

livable, we must have a number of things: An excellent
infrastructure, Excellent schools for our children, and affordable
colleges for those who want to further their education,
Affordable healthcare for every citizen, Decent wages so that all
workers can live above poverty levels. Those are the things that
government must prioritize not just to make our community
livable but also the ways to develop one community and to help
every citizen.

As a citizen, we should support our government programs,

follow their rules, and also make our own way to help our place
improve and develop. We also make sure that our place are safe
and secure. We also have to protect our environment from any
harm and make sure that it is healthy so that we, people that
living in that place become healthy also and to make our
communities livable.
