That, the Petitioner is innocent and a Pardanashin Lady who is residing at MUMBAI and has been arraigned as an accused person in connection with the instant case. 3. That, the instant case is based on documents and the physical appearance of the Petitioner is not required for day-to-day proceedings of the Court.4. That, Your Petitioner states , that she will not challenge her identity and will not raise any question before any higher forum/ Court that she has been prejudiced as the trial has been conducted in his absence. 5.
