Job Description
As a Lead Oracle EBS Engineer, you will be responsible for leading & managing Oracle EBS Engineers and
Administrators for their activities and deliveries. You will be ensuring the documentation & code are
reviewed and approved ensuring the quality and audit compliances.

Engineering lead is expected to work closely with Functional leads to understand the requirements,
undertake technical design, produce software component designs and specifications as per the
functional design. Once the design is completed, you will be responsible to get it developed from the
engineering team and ensure the testing coverage is at par. He is also required to carry out audits and
participate in technical walk through. The successful candidate will encounter challenges related to
Oracle information systems, business process and technology.

Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable university with good
academic results.
● Experience leading Oracle technical members and managing their performance.
● Knowledge of Agile Methodology to manage the tasks with sprints and being scrum master for
Oracle projects.
● At least 5 years of strong Oracle engineering skills with PLSQL, Java, Shell Scripting knowledge.
● Extensive experience in Oracle RDBMS with backend development, performance tuning, Table
Architecture and Normalization.
● Experience in EBS developer suites such as Forms & Report Builder, BI Publisher, SQL Developer,
Workflow Builder and JDeveloper.
● Experience working with Finance and Procurement modules with minimum 3 implementation
project experience.
 ● Experience in creating interfaces through standard API’s, Interface tables and data loading.
● Experience in reviewing and maintaining MD70 and MD120 Documentation repository.
● Strong object-oriented analysis and design skills.
● Experience in version control tools and familiarity with development collaboration tools such as
Github.
● Experience in maintaining infrastructure in AWS (Amazon Web Services)
● Experience in version control (Git/SVN/Mercurial) and familiarity with development
collaboration tools (GitHub/Phabricator/BitBucket).
● Experience in CI/CD like Jenkins/CodeBuid/CodeDeploy and related technologies.
● Experience in design and create interfaces using UTL_HTTP or Integrated SOA Gateway
● Strong knowledge of EBS administration to effectively manage Oracle APPS DBA.
● Handle ownership of Oracle software licenses and work for renewal & new purchases.
● Experience liaising with vendors for resource and project outsourcing.
