Aim:

To determine young’s modulus of the material of a uniform bar.

Apparatus Required:

Two Knife-edges, Weight hanger with set of weights, Meter scale,

travelling microscope, screw gauge and vernier caliper.

hangers, pin, slotted weights, screw gauge, Vernier caliper, knife edges
etc.,
