Purpose of the Study You are being invited to take part in a research study. Before you
decide to participate in this study, it is important that you understand
why the research is being done and what your participation will involve.
Please read the following information carefully and feel free to ask the
researcher if there is anything that is not clear or if you need more
information. The purpose of the study is to analyze the relationship
between the TikTok advertisement that is often seen when scrolling in
TikTok and the brand awareness on tumbler products. Senior high
school students were chosen because many teens is very interested in
app named “TikTok”

Duration You are anticipated to invest approximately 2–5 minutes to complete


the online survey questionnaire. The team values your time and
appreciates your commitment to contributing valuable insights to this
study. Rest assured, after completing the online survey questionnaire,
there will be 10 no additional follow-up surveys, ensuring a streamlined
and efficient participation process.

Voluntary Participation Your participation in this study is voluntary. You have the right to
choose whether or not to participate. Your decision to not participate in
the study will not affect the relationship you have, if any, with the
researcher. However, if you decide to participate in the study, you will
be asked to sign a consent form. You can still withdraw from the study
at any time after you sign the consent form without giving any reason.
If you withdraw from the study before the data collection is completed,
your data will be destroyed. You have the right to review your remarks
in individual interviews and erase a part or all of the recording or note.

Confidentiality Your responses in this research will be anonymous. Every effort will be
made by the researcher to preserve your confidentiality, including the
following:
1. Your demographic profile will be solely used for research purposes
where the researcher only has access for individual answers.
2. The information given will be protected and no names will be used in
discussing data.
3. All information will stay in private even if the research is already
finished.
